Is there a contract?
Plans run on an initial 90-day term, then month to month. Ninety days is the honest minimum for local ranking work to show whether it is moving. After that, staying is your decision every month, and you can cancel with 30 days notice.
What do I need to give you to get started?
Access to your Google Business Profile, your list of services and service area, the competitors you care about, and — for Growth and Growth OS — your phone number, web forms, and customer list so we can wire up follow-up and reactivation. Onboarding collects all of this in one pass.
Will I rank #1?
We do not promise that, and neither should anyone else. Rankings depend on Google, your competitors, your reviews, and your own responsiveness. What we guarantee is the implementation and management standard we control — including launching your core system within 7 business days of access.
How fast will I see results?
Follow-up and review automation start working the day they go live. Map ranking movement usually shows on the geo-grid inside 60 to 90 days. Review velocity and profile completeness typically shift first, then ranking follows.
What is GHL, and do I have to use it?
GoHighLevel is the CRM and automation platform under Growth and Growth OS. It is what runs the missed-call text back, follow-up, pipeline, and booking. You do not need to learn it — we build and run it — but it is the engine, so it is not optional on those plans.
Is ad spend included?
No. Plans cover management of your organic system. If you add Meta Ads, Google Ads, or Local Services Ads, the ad spend is billed by the platform directly and the management fee is separate, so ad budgets never eat into fulfilment.
I have more than one location. How does that work?
Each plan covers one Google Business Profile. Additional locations are added as an add-on per profile, and the follow-up system extends to cover them.

How do I cancel?
